MAKE SURE THAT THE DISHES HAVE NO DRIED FOOL AND THAT THE WATER IS ABOUT 140 DEGREES. ANY FOOD ON DISHES WILL NOT ALWAYS BE REMOVED DURING CYCLE.

My dishes ang glasses are cloudy *** well as the doors

The cause of the cloudiness is usually due to hard water drying on the dishes and can turn into etching (or pitting) of your dishes. If you have particularly hard water it is well worth investing in a water softener or filters. 2nd; Use plenty of rinse agent (jet dry or similar). Rinse agent gives your dishes a sheen (almost like waxing your car) and helps the dishes dry quickly and cleanly. 3rd; Clean the d/w every 1 to 3 mths. using a good cleaner. Hard water deposits can be cleaned with a little CLR. Use GLISTEN to clean your d/w. Glisten is not found in grocery stores but can be found online or at an appliance parts shop for 5-6 dollars. Model # dwu7702aae has heat delay light coming on during cycle. Why?

Heater is used to both heat water during clean cycle and dry dishes after wash cycle. Most washers have either a separate switch for Heat or Dry for optional use, or some have the water heat and dish dry options built into cycle set options.

You can save money by turning off the Dish Dry option since it is a very in-efficient way to dry dishes. Instead, open the wishwasher door after washing cycle completes, just enough so fresh air can get into, and humid air can escape, dishwasher.

Water Heat option is only needed for dried food on dishes, and is never needed if dishes are either rised off before putting them in the dishwasher, or rinsed off inside the dishwaser with a Rinse cycle, if they are to stand for a time waiting for a full dishwasher for wash.

Dishes don't get clean and don't dry

Hi reesbag

I'm Harvey the Master Plumber.

You're question is why the dishes don't get clean and it is not drying at all even though jetdry is full?

To begin with "jetdry" does not dry your dishes, It is a product that you can choose to use if you have a problem with spots on the clean dishes when the dishwasher is done.
Your problem is serious! If still under warranty then you're covered. If not and it has some years on it, it doesn't pay to throw good money after bad. If it came with the house it will be better in the long run to replace it. If you choose to repair, this problem doesn't lend itself to home handyman and it is likely in this case that after paying a repairman to come out you'll end up buying new anyway.
