Question about Cameras
Kodak Easy Share Camera m 753 7.0 mega pixels
I bought a Kodak Easy Share in January and my child accidentally dropped it on the floor. Now the zoom out.wo'nt extend out.Is there anything you can do about it. It cost about 149.00. Do I have some insurance on it? I bought it at the Best Buy on the Beltline in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
It does sound like there is damage to your lens. Manufacturers’ warranty does not cover damage but a Best Buy™ performance service plan with accidental damage and handling would cover the repair. To find out if you have a performance service plan with adh on the camera you should call 1-888bestbuy. If you do have the plan you could bring your camera to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they can send it out for service. If you don't have a performance service plan with adh on it you could still have it sent out to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair it, but often with digital cameras the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the camera.
