Question about Plantronics S11 Headset
Please pay special attention to where the handset cord is plugged in.
Then, check where the cord is that comes from the S11, it should be
plugged into where the handset cord was. Once that is done check the
compatibility slide switch. Adjust the volume on the amplifier. The
handset must remain off the of the cradle when making a call. If the
cords are not in the correct place it will not work correctly.
Good luck from Headsets Direct!
