Question about Philips GoGear Flash MP3 Player
Check to see that your battery is not flat,if it is you should fully charge it before you power it ion
If that is not the case, then an error is preventing your player from powering on and you will have to restore your player to its original factory settings using the firmware manager
To use the Firmware Manager, open the installation CD supplied with your GoGear and follow the onscreen instructions to install the Firmware Manager on your computer. Plug the GoGear into the computer and check that your computer is connected to the Internet.
Open "Firmware Manager" on your computer. You will be prompted to "Restore" the firmware select the "Restore Firmware" option.
Once the process is complete and your GoGear can power on again.you should also update your firmware from time to time as this gives your device extra functionality and repair errors in the device.
