First check to see if your player is video compatible,if it is;
There is a possible firmware problem.Visit your manufacturer's website to check for recent update for your firmware,download this update and install them on your player by connecting it to your system
If you do this it should clear all kinds of errors on your player

According to the box, the device only handles MP3, AVI, and RMVB (RealMedia) Video.

I HAVE THAT CRAIG PLAYER AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM LOADING VIDEOS YOU HAVE TO SYNC THEM THROUGH WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER AFTER U CONVERT THEM TO AVI FORMAT
