You might be experiencing issues with your browser. You can try to clear cookies, history and clearing out temp files. You can check my tips on how to clear temp files on the computer. . you can also set the browser to default settings again.
Click on the Pearl/Start, go to Control Panel > click on Internet option > then click on Advanced Tab > Click on reset. (make sure that ther is no IE browser open)
Then try to log on to Yahoo again.
