Question about JVC AV-65WP74 Rear Projection Television
I just changed out the convergance mods, once I have the board back in, had a great pic but no sound. In getting the sound back up, all of a sudden, the video inputs, all 4 do not work now. It was working fine initially. Is there a specific wire/board/chip which all inputs lead into? The three in the back and the one in the front? Is it maybe a setting on the menu feature of the remote? Thanks for any help you can provide.
Did you have the back of the tv open while the poer plug was plugged into the wall? If so the set will need some serious repairs as that model has a safety feature where if the back cover is removed without removing the plug from the wall it wipes out all the digital and video circuits. You have to defeat the safety feature before removing the back panel, and if you plug it in even for a second with the back removed the damage is done.
