Question about Samsung Behold Cell Phone
I had the same problem and i solved it by doing the following:
on the right hand side of your screen just up a little bit from the centre of the volume button, you need to gently stick a knife in just to the side of the touch screen and then push the knife away from the the screen so that it looks like the screen is going to pop out, this should then re-establish the connection between the screen and the phone board.

having used a touch screen myself it is something you get used to pretty quickly. The samsungs have what they call Haptics which means as you touch the screen the phone gives off a small vibration to let you know you have hit a button function. It sounds weird but actually works well as your brain acknowledges an equivalent button press. I would suggest going to shop and asking for a demonstration of one and see for yourself. Hope that helps?

it's a problem with the connection between the touchscreen and phone. the m880 is notorious for it. there's a few quick fixes but they don't last long. take it in to get fixed or buy a different phone, mine is six months old, same problem.

try giving the top right corner of the phone a squeeze, i had the same problems with mine. I believe it could be a lose connection.
