I think you need to check your white balance and exposure settings - it sounds as if everything is massively over-exposed.

My pictures are over exposed, too much light.Faces are pale white, what setting should I change? pictures were taken indoors.

If using flash try turning down the ISO setting to 100. Also change the White balance to the Indoor setting if you cannot manually set that.

New Camera, no picture on screen

This is normal for this camera. Think about it. The CMOS chip can't see through the mirror. After the shot is taken the electronic shutter exposes the CMOS chip and makes an image just like exposing film on a film type camera. Once you get used to it you may like it better. In outdoor or bright light situations it's difficult to view the LCD screen to frame the shot anyway.

Sounds like ccd issue. Some people have reported similar problems when cam is exposed to water (moisture) or if it's been dropped. Contact you local Casio service and ask them details. They probably just say that send the cam to repair but that is expensive, at least in here Europe.

Pictures washed out

Washed out I would guess looks like it's all white or a lot of white instead of the colors on the pictures. My guess is that your camera is over-exposing the pictures. Usually keeping it in automatic should solve your problem. But if it still doesn't, then it might be that you have an offsetting function that I think is called EV, which is either a plus or a minus function. Plus for over-exposing and minus or under-exposing. Read the manual and look for this function. Usually keeping it on auto is enough. Let me know if this helps.

Pictures taken during the day come out VERY bright, even white

Might be worth flicking through all the settings menus for a few minutes - look in particular to see if you've got it out of Auto into Manual Exposure, or if somebody has accidentally selected a "brighten everything up by a couple of stops" mode. A.
