Photoshop Elements 5 photomail not working

Hi,
I have PSE 5 and up until recently I was able to use their photomail option to email my photos. We have two internal hard drives so I don't know if that's screwing it up. We have Windows XP, and I just switched our default email to Mozilla Thunderbird thinking that some of the issues might lie with Outlook Express. When I select the photos and it goes to the attach to email option it only offers Individual Attachments or Slideshow. Then, it just saves the pictures to a new folder. It does not go to any email program. Let me know if you need more info!

I am using Elements 4 and have a similar issue - I had my Toshiba Satelite optimized by the Geek Squad and since then have not been able to email from Elements. I get an error message telling me I can't use Outlook. Outlook is set up properly and I have checked services as well. Any help would be appreciated.
