Question about Washing Machines
The problem is often caused by the use of an incorrect detergent type.
Disconnect power and clean the gasket with vinegar and water (or citric acid if you do not like vinegar smell). Clean also inside the tub, access drain hose and free the drain filter from any lint or dirt.
The drain filter is accessed opening the door at the base of the appliance, under the washer door. The access may be covered by a plastic trim that can also be used to collect water coming from drain hose. Instructions are often illustrated on user manual, havve a look. Keep power not connected while you do maintenance.
After fixing the problem, change the detergent type, or the problem may occurr again.
If that does not fix the problem, call Bosch and get an on site technician. Maintenance described above, along with use of right detergent should get rid of the problem.
If this helped, please do not forget to accept the solution.
