Most DW today take a minimum of 90 minutes. Run the hot water from the sink until it gets hot, then start the DW, this will shorted the first wash cycle. It is not uncommon for the DW to run 2hrs or more based upon the water temperature entering the DW and the soil level of the items in the DW. If pre-rinsing dishes use only 1 or two teaspoons of soap in the main wash cup..do not put soap in the prewash cup. Excess soap can cause oversudsing and make the soil sensor think the dishes are real dirty initiating additional wash cycles. Use rinse-aid for better drying performance.
