Question about A4tech PK5
1st You download Webcam Driver.
I lost my cd installer
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

You can get the diver software and instructions from http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/downloads.asp. You will not need a CD.
Note: select "PK" from first list then "635" from next. Now click "Go".

http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/download%20driver.asp Go to this site and enter your make and model number, on the next page that comes up click the pc driver button. Once it pops up the download window save it to your desktop so you have it for future use. Move it to somewhere you will be able to find it if you need it again so you do not have to download it again! Unzip the file with winzip and run the install program and you will be up and running. Go to this site and select your product and download your
driver for your webcam.
Use the quick product locator then select “Web Cameras”
Then under “Downloads,” in the drop down, “Select”
the model number.
Also when it asks you for your Windows Operating Systen, be sure to select the right one.
Then after completing the download do this.
Disconnect the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded softwareprogram. When the program asks you to connect the camera to theUSB port, do so and it should work.
Then to use it on the Web, do this.
Web Camera’s have to besetup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the cameraon your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order forthe Audio and Video to function properly.
