On the secondary of the transformer you would still have an ac voltage. The dc voltage will be after the bridge rectifier.

SOURCE: won't power up at all

If there is no power on on the primary side of the transformer look for a open fuse.

Fisher & paykel washer no power going to it

No reset button. There is a fuse it is soldered on & part of the main control board. They don't blow the fuse for no reason, so you need to be able to test & check everything to find out why the fuse blew (if it has) If you just replace the control board without checking then there is a good chance it may blow the new board as well. There will be no warranty on the board in that case. You really need to call a repair company who will test everything first.

I blew fuse in my Technic SU D7000 .iv open this thing and i cudnt find where the fuse. Where the hell is fuse in this model. Help please somebody

One of two places...either at rear next to the power supply lead usually a small black plastic screw in cap.....or on the power supply board itself which is easily identifiable as it is the glass fuse in the event of not finding what looks like a fuse then it may have a soldered in diode.you need to obtain a schematic for that make and model.and understand how to use a meter to check.

Fisher Paykal error 49

In the AquaSmart machines the pump over currents and blows the water valves fuse 1.6 Amp glass, The motor controller board
would be faulty as well and need repair.
49. (00110001) Cold Valve or Cold Valve & Hot Valve Faulty
The Motor Control Module has measured a voltage from the valve diagnostic circuit that
indicates the cold valve or both the cold and hot valve is faulty. The most likely cause is
that the valve harness has not been connected correctly or the valve(s) is open circuit.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Check the valve harnesses are correctly fastened to the valves and
the motor control module or the pins are not bent backwards.
Secondary Source: Water Valves.
Action: Measure the resistance of the cold and hot valve coils.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control module.
Action: Replace the Motor Control module.

Fisher & Paykel Aquasmart WL80T65C 5 years old with fault 245, then 49.

Error code 245 is pump stall.
If the 1.6amp glass fuse has blown, the five mosfets on right side have shorted out there legs & blown the fuse.
Also check the pump drive parts for shorted legs.
There are three resistor that burn out near the fuse.
I will up loaded some pictures later.

Blown main ac fuse

a FEW ways this happens.

If fuse blows instantly when set plugged into power either a generic fuse (lots of these fuses are special and a generic will pop for no reason) or a dead short on the primary side of the power supply.

If fuse blows instantly when turned on a short either in secondary side of power supply or something it feeds.

First to try is get the exact fuse used (buy a pair) and see what happens.

beyond that if secondary side (when set is turned on) have an expert look at the set.

Instantly blows the 5 amp fuse next to the power cord plug.

You have a short in the power supply. Look at the regulator and or rectifier diodes. These are all on th primary side of the SMPS (switched mode power supply) the secondary side if shorted shouldn't cause a blown fuse at all.
