Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Try to turn it off. remove the battery and the sim card if there is... for about a minute and put it back and try to turn it on. if you are still getting the same error message, better yet to have it check in your nearest Full Service Store so that you won't be getting the same problem everytime you turn it on because it is a hassle... :)
