It seems as they are conflicting this u usually caused by jumper settings you need to download the utility program from the hdd manufacture the utility allows you to change hdd priority you need to change the settings on the second hdd to slave and the first hdd to master but like i said unlike ide which has jumpers sata has digital jumpers the utility from products website is needed for this

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Error bigpipe win xp professional sp2

This is due to a security flaw in SP2. You will need to download SP3 update from Microsoft!
IF you go to Microsoft XP SP3 Manual Update, follow this link and download the update then run it. This will correct the issue.
I also suggest that turn on automatic updates. Although XP is no longer supported by Microsoft you will still get all the old updates.

You can get a manual here:

http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/content.php?S_ID=450

Did you set the boot sequense in your bios ??

First your CD or DVD drive
Second you harddrive.

Harddrive must be in sata 0.
CD or DVD must be in sata 1.

Or look in the manual how the settings should be.

Good luck.

How to reset the BIOS password?

Resetting BIOS is relatively simple. Some Mainboards come with BIOS reset jumper however most of the cases is to remove BIOS battery similar to this

Make sure you remove the battery after you disconnect the power cord. Keep the battery out about 3 minutes and put back

Trouble with new PC

if you have win xp as the operating system, take it back and ask for win 10
That is what should have been installed before purchase as win xp has not been supported by microsoft for the past 2 years and is far out dated
take it back anyway and have the computer technician sort out the problems under warranty
