Question about Car Audio & Video
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

i'm not sure if this will reset it, but in the front of your navi system there is a tiny hole (below the volume control knob). It'd probably be best to use the end of a paper clip or the tip of the pen, but you could just click that and it should reset the system. If anything, the code should be 0000, at least my default code was that. Hope this helps!

To turn off demo mode. Hold down the src button and hit the reset button and release it. Continue holding down the src button until the system is fully rebooted. You will then be able to eject your cd and it will be out of demo mode. Came from Kenwood tech support.
