disc drive won't eject, system says mechanical error. Can any body help?

ApprenticeI thought it was a free service in which case I would have been happy to inform you how I had solved the problem. However, as you wish to know to enhance your own skills and then charge for the service, especially one which I have aided in, I am left astounded at your ordasity
