The 13xx - printer engine malfunctions
13F0 -400 dpi SOS sensor detection failure.
13F1 -600 dpi SOS detection failure.
13F2-universal tray adjustment failure maximum.
13F3-universal tray adjustment failure minimum
13F4-optical system out of adjustment

Replace the print head the device that houses the machine LASER, or the J or A printed circuit boards. Go with the LASER first if you can find one the Di520/620 are legacy machines from Minolta now Konica Minolta. Reset is Power off the Power on.

Step 1:

Remove the rear cover and in area of wastw tonwr box remove the tray blocking unit.

Step 2:

Print head is bad that is what houses the machine LASER or the J or A board is bad. check all connections to the print head first I would replace that first if you can find one, then go with the boards if you can find them.

Open - close the front door.

1. Reset the malfunction (i.e., turn OFF and ON the Power Switch).
or 2. If the same malfunction is still detected, check the EDH harness and, if it is okay,
change PWB-IB.

C004E: Power Unit Cooling Fan Motor malfunction

Check the power supply fan for proper operation.
