Question about Fisher and Paykel 23 in. DD-603SS Built-in Dishwasher

on page 24. F2 means the motor is having some problems.
You can easily take the motor rotor out for checking it. I am assuming the dishwasher was making some grinding noises before the fault appeared. It could be just a simple thing as a hard food waste item sitting in the cavity. (a bone piece or seed). Go to page 21 of manual and remove the filter plate. The rotor is attached to the impeller. Get it out and inspect. Also check the channel between the drain sump and rotor cavity. Use a thin rigid wire to clean it.
