How do I install a second computer on my 360 account. The directions I have are not working. Can you walk me through it?

Slow internet connection can be caused by just about anything, however, try this; Unplug your modem (From the mains), wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Then, do the same thing to your router. Is the internet slow on your computer, or any other devices on your network?

1. Go toXBOX 360 dashboard.2. Go to System Settings then go to memory.3. After going to the Memory you should see the word HARD DRIVE, Do not click it, just press the "y" button from your controller.4. Try and download update again.5. If this doesnt work, plug your console directly to your modem/router. Most of the time the issue is interferences so it will be better if you will directly connect the console to your modem.6. You can also check it with XBOX support to check if there are account related issues that affects the update for everytime you connect to XBOX server it checks your account as well.

You will need to upgrade your child account to an adult account to be able to use Netflix. Unfortunately this is not possible until the child reaches the legal age of 18 (US).

Once a child account is created it is managed from the date of birth indicated when applying for the account.

Netflix can't be bypassed to work on an Xbox 360 on a child account.

The only solution to view Netflix on the Xbox 360 is to have an adult account created and access via that account.

Recommend that you just stream using your computer. Plenty of options out there to get your PC hooked up to your TV if you need to view in a larger scale.

Once the installation is complete, it will ask you for a product key. Copy and paste your product key from your Norton account. Please contact the Norton support team from the link www.norton.com. You will find the options for chat, email or phone. Only they can reset your product key and help you install the Norton program.

I am sure that they will help you on this as I have worked with Norton for years.

Save your subscription information to your MyNorton account. Double check the subscription information for number of computers that can be protected. Download the "trail" version of 360 from symantec.com. When you install that program, fill in the subscription information by logging into the MyNorton account and cut and paste the code. If you have any problems with the downloads, try using a wired network just to avoid some of the packet and connection lost issues until you are done.

If you have a multi install contract then all you have to do is to download the installer directly from Norton and install it using your key.
If you have a contract for a single install, trying to run both of them will deactivate both and land you in a lot of troubles - in these days you don't want an unprotected computer. In that case just install a free antivirus - the best is Avast - and firewall  - the best overall is Comodo.
