Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
You don't need a new tub...you need new shocks! Take the bottom kick panel off, three screws, #20 torks bit, and you will see the shocks. If there is excessive movement by hand, replace the shocks. While you're down there, open the drain pump filter and clean it out. It is located at the center of the mahcine, under the tub and is about an inch and a half in circumference. Be prepared for water coming out of the filter! This should help if you are having white sealing material in the washer. If this is the door seal, you will want to replace that as well, ($100) dollar fix. This machine is about a thousand dollars new, so a few new parts are worth it.
