You can reset the security code by providing master security code instead of security code you forgotten.
.You have to generate master security code by providing your imei in the following link
http://www.unlockme.co.uk/master.php.
use 8#06# to find imei no or it will be printed inside the mobile behind the battery

the default lock code is 00000000 i.e eight zeros! bt if u have changed it then u have to go to the samsung service
