Question about HP OfficeJet Pro K5400dn Photo Printer
My black & yello print head is blocked. How can I reopen my print head
Take it out and rub the ink outlet on the cartridge with a piece of tissue to clear any residual dry ink. You should eventually see two lines of ink on the tissue, yellow and black. If not then it has dried inside and there is not much you can do except replace it
