It sounds like you have tried a lot of things already.... Its a long shot but... I would reload all the cartridges again make sure they are inserted all the way etc.. correct slots, and unit numbers. Turn off the printer reboot check connection to the computer and reboot:) Also try to reload software:)

I've just replaced both my ink cartridges, but the printer say to Remove and check color cartridge. I've taken it out and put it back many times.

Seems like you didn't removed the protective plastic film on the new cartridges . Wipe the gold colour area with a clean cloth and try again

Remove and check cartridge on right. I have removed it several times but still comes up with message and will not work

All I did was replace my black ink cartridge with a new one and it works. You think it would say replace ink cartridge instead of remove and check cartridge on right. Good Luck.

Error message says "Remove and check cartridge on right" Its a new cartridge I've been using for a few weeks and it has been working fine. I have removed cartridge several times and even cleaned contacts....

The electronics on the cartridge have gone bad. Sometimes cartridges short. Take the cartridge back to where you bought it (they should give you credit for any remaining ink) and buy a new cartridge.

I installed new ink cartridges, printer detects a problem

You could try doing the clean program 3 times and then doing a nozzle check. I have had the same problem with both cartridges since I got mine refilled at Cartridge World and they told me to do this. It works sometimes but when I print again the page doesn't print well and I repeat the process.

Printer always says "Remove and check color cartridge"

It must be your ruined catridge. Some times the wire connections are burned at the side of the catridge and you must thaw away it and buy a new color catridge.

New tri-color cartridge has a problem. I can't see what.

I have an HP Photsmart C4100 printer. I purchased remanufactured ink cartridges (both black and tri-colored) from Vivasmart. The black one works fine, but when I installed the tri-color, I got an error message that says "Print cartridge problem" The following print cartridge has a problem:
Tri-color.
And I can't print. The screen on my printer says "Remove and check color cartridge." I have done this several times and it still won't print. I have turned off the power, removed the cartridges, and unplugged the unit, but it still didn't help. Any suggestions?

Remove and check cartridge

I would say you're better off buying a new printer, especially if it's an older one. If it's still newer, see if it's under warranty (less than a year). If you just bought it within 90 days, usually you can return it to the store where you bought it and get it exchanged. Sounds defective to me.
