If you unplug the machine and it still fills with water, Then your water valve is bad, Use the wall shut off to find out what side is bad by turning on one at a time so you can find out if hot or cold valve.

if the water quits filling when you unplug the machine then you have a water level switch problem or the water level switch hose is disconected or cloged.

I have a EIDW6105 Electrolux dishwasher and it will not fill with water. Can hear a humming but no water entering the tub. Water is set on 120 degrees and and no lines are cramped.

open the door, look on the front of tub i believe your float switch is on the left side, make sure nothing is under it holding the float up,this will stop the water from entering,if that's ok you could have frozen pipes or valve,i've seen a ton of them in my area,or a bad house water shut off or a bad water valve on dish washer part 154513601,remove the bottom panel you'll see the valve on left side, you can crack the fill line with a wrench and see if any water comes out,if the valve is humming most of the time this is from no water getting to the valve,if it's frigid temps. where you live most likely the pipe or the valve is frozen, you can get a hair dryer and heat the valve up to see if that helps but make sure your shutoff works under the sink, also at night leave the doors under the sink open and remove the bottom panel to the dish washer all winter so warm air can get under and around the valve and pipes,if it isn't froze shut off the water at shutoff under the sink, remove the water fill line from the valve syci the line in a bucket or glass and open the shutoff,if water comes out the valve is bad hope this helps.

Tank wont refill after flushing.

The ball **** controls the water flow into the tank when flushed. If the float is stuck in the up position, the water will not fill the tank or the valve could be defective. If after pushing down the float and observing little or no water you need to replace the ball **** or the water valve is turned off. Turn the water off at the shutoff valve. Put a towel under the water supply hose and unscrew the water supply hose at the bottom of the ball ****. Drain any excess water at the bottom of the tank using a shop towel or paper towels ringing them out when they become saturated with water. Remove the ball **** and replace the old one with a new one available from a hardware store. Make sure to follow instructions on washer placement to avoid leaks. Replace the water supply hose and tighten snugly and be careful not to over tighten to crack any plastic. Turn on the water shutoff valve and adjust the float so the water stops at the tank water line.

Overflow - Cold water shutoff not working?

Sounds like the cold water valve is faulty. You can try to remove it and clean the inside if it's clogged or replace it completely.

Side by side refrigerator

The ice maker is not producing ice or not enough ice

Refrigerator connected to a water supply and the supply
shutoff valve turned on?
Connect refrigerator to water
supply and turn water shutoff valve fully open.
Kink in the water source line? A kink in the line can reduce
water flow. Straighten the water source line.
Ice maker turned on? Make sure wire shutoff arm or switch
(depending on model) is in the ON position.
New installation? Wait 24 hours after ice maker installation
for ice production to begin. Wait 72 hours for full ice
production.
Large amount of ice recently removed? Allow 24 hours for
ice maker to produce more ice.
Ice cube jammed in the ice maker ejector arm?
Remove ice from the ejector arm with a plastic utensil.
Reverse osmosis water filtration system connected to
your cold water supply?
This can decrease water pressure

OR
The water dispenser will not operate properly

Freezer door closed completely? Close the door firmly. If it
does not close completely, see “The doors will not close
completely.”
Refrigerator connected to a water supply and the supply
shutoff valve turned on?
Connect refrigerator to water
supply and turn water shutoff valve fully open.
Is the water pressure at least 30 psi? The water pressure to
the home determines the flow from the dispenser. See “Water
Supply Requirements.”
Kink in the home water source line? Straighten the water
source line.
New installation? Flush and fill the water system.
Water filter installed on the refrigerator? The filter may be
clogged or incorrectly installed.
Is a reverse osmosis water filtration system connected to
your cold water supply?

GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! LET ME KNOW IF THIS SOLVED YOUR PROBLEM
