Hi how are you I have a Delta - Navajo 4-in-1 Crib, Natural It was giving to me for my son but its been used and it still fine but now my son is almost 3 and I wanted to convert it to a toddler bed but I...

There should be a small rail that replaces the front side of the crib. It's lower and allows your child to climb in and out of the bed on their own. The mattress support frame will need to be lowered close to the ground so the child can easily and safely climb in and out. I have a different model that I recently converted for my 3 yr old.
Mine looks very similar to this now:

Lowering crib mattress

What is the exact make/model of the crib? Did you just purchase it and put it together?

How do I know when to buy a bigger seat or which positions?

His legs bending does not mean that he is too big for the seat. He is too big for the seat when his head reaches one inch from the top of the chair while sitting in it.

Do toddler beds need special mattresses?

The only thing you need to check is that the mattress is the right for your toddler bed and that it's appropriate for the weight of your child. Usually toddler beds are only transitional until they move into full beds so I wouldn't worry too much about the mattress. Just make sure it meets safety and fire hazard requirements (check the label attached to the mattress).

How to lower crib mattress on a Pali

The Pali cribs often used a "scissor assembly" spring frame. This means that there are "Y" shaped arms located on each corner. There are holes in the side of the spring frame, you will need to unscrew the bolt and nut and attach them at a different hole to adjust the height.
This is a rather difficult topic to cover in writing. If you would like to see a diagram of how this functions, please email us at

Hi there. i have purchased the frootmuff for quinny and there is no instructions. im not sure where the straps attach to on the top and there is 2 slits for the soulder straps to go through when i can only...

the first large hole to the bottom of the footmuff is for the **** pad you will then need to remove top section of straps from the pram which is a slide clip then remove the strap covers at this point you can push the straps in the two lower slits at about bottom height then you will need to put the strap covers back on then fit through either the first or second slits in the cosey toes (depending on height of child) attching he straps back to the pram and you are ready to go also most quinny prams have 2 levels which the shoulder straps can be attched i hope this helps x

Can't lower side of GenAmerica drop side crib

You can unscrew the bolts that allow you to separate the metal frame from the rest of the crib. Once separated, you will be able to work with the rest of the bolts.

Childesigns carrollton crib

I am not familiar with this crib, but I have been through many cribs and they all (so far) are adjustable to lower the mattress. You can figure it out by removing the mattress and matress board and inspecting the way the board is connected to the frame. Often there is a bar or rung that sits in a clip or groove at each corner of the crib just below the matress board. You may have to crawl underneath and look up at it. Usually you will be able to lower the platform without using tools, but be sure to take the weight off the platform by removing the mattress and board. Good luck.
