Completely normal those readings are perfect this car comes with a 195 degree thermostat,210 is fine for stop a go traffic remember a cooling system with the proper amount of coolant in it and under pressure will not overheat till about 240 degrees your in great shape no conerns!!!!!...
Yes this is normal. As long as it is not overheating everything is fine. A modern engine will run at a temperature of around 200 to 220 degrees. The fan will normally come on at around 210 degrees.
What I would Do Is Get a multimeter tester and verify Your gauge is reading correctly by taking the actual temperature of your coolant when the gauge says its hot Don't Laugh i have seen factory gauges be off as far as 25 degrees many times. If it is not the fans, temp sensor, fan relay, I would get a wiring schematic and be Checking for a bad ground. most likely your problem. although if you do some research you will find out that the fans are controlled by the cpu and it is not uncommon for them not to kick on till it reaches temp of 200-240 degrees and that is normal. also i would fill your coolant and bleed the air out of the cooling system. Also there are two cooling fans. don't be confused only one runs to cool the radiator and the other fan runs when you run the A/C. If you turn your air on and the fan 2 does not kick on most likely you need to add refrigerant also.
