your computer simply may not be able to play world of warcraft anymore. you may need to splurge and buy a more game-intensive computer, or upgrade the video card. good brands to look for are anything ati and nvidia.

Dell Inspiron 8200 ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 Green Screen Problem

Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop. After your computer is attached to an external monitor, press the <Fn> key and the <F8> (CRT, LCD) key to switch the video image to the display. If the external monitor works, the computer display or video controller may be defective.

EA doesn't show any patches as of yet so it might be a good idea to remove your card from the PC and blow out the slot. Than clean your 9600 card as well. Reseat the cleaned card & try it again. I can only guess that everything else your running is running OK?

Graphic card problem!?

Follow the directions for installation, I found these are the instructions that have applied to several ATI cards. A most important part of the instructions is to uninstall the existing ATI software before installing new software.
