This is not a speaker and subwoofer fault.. sounds like its a problem with the vans engine management computer. the likely cause is a faulty sensor somewhere. or it may just be that there is a fault in the engine...
only real way to tell (without loads of swapping sensors on a wild goose chase) is to take the van to a garage and get it plugged into a diagnostic computer. that should tell you where the fault lies
