You are right - the camera is not supported by logitech for Windows 7 and I am surprised that you have some level of use with it.
A couple of things you can try -
1) Instead of restarting your computer just unplug the webcam for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
(This will re-boot the webcam software) the same as restarting the computer)
2) Do a quick check running the webcam in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the webcam file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS you have successfully used before
Click OK
Restart your computer

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

People en Skipe dont hear well and see me bad

There is no specific driver for Windows 7 for that model of web cam. I would recommend trying the Vista driver that can be downloaded from the link below. You have about a 50% chance it will work.

Plug in webcam
Launch the logitech toolbar and click on the Quick Capture menu ( 2 film frames )
If its not working here - your software or hardware is a problem
Make sure the drivers are OK for your USB in the Device Manager.
Visit the Logitech website for support - Identify your cam and click on it
