Shinco digital camcorder dvc-818

Hi,

I just bought a shinco digital camcorder dvc-818. All is working fine, except I inserted my 4gb SD card into the memory slot and I tried going to menu and selecting my SD card, but it wont stick to this and it keeps changing back to internal.
