As you have not specified your headset's model, go to this page, select the one which better suit your needs, download it and follow the instructions on how to put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.
Just my 2 cents...

Sorry that the page I pointed out doesn't provide the EM277's user guide. Anyway, many bluetooth headsets use to behave pretty much the same way. Starting with it turned off, press and hold the power button as if you were turning it on, but don't release the button until you notice that the indicator light is either steadily lit or alternately flashing in red and blue. It is in paring mode now. Only then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, you headset should appear on-screen. Make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey), is requested, enter either '0000' (four zeros), or '1234' (all without the quotes). Your headset's light will flash and it will enter the stand-by mode.

Hope one of these codes works for you.

    Regards,
    Carlos

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Cannot pair blackberry 8520 with parrot ck3100

I could not pair the Blackberry Curve 8520 with the Parrot CK3100. After looking at the Parrot website, I saw that the Blackberry was actually supported, so it SHOULD work.
Then I found the solution: the Parrot had already too many other phones paired (4 or so), so it could not pair an additional one. After removing the other phones from the Parrot pairing list, the Blackberry paired without a problem. SOLVED!

I have a Blackberry Curve 8320. I purchased a Motorola Universal Bluetooth Headset H620 that is supposed to be Blackberry compatable. I am unable to get my phone and bluetooth paired. What do I need to...

It may be the pairing code that you are using. Usually it is 123, 0000, 1111, 1234, or some other variation.

Make sure, also, that you are in pairing mode with the headset. If you can scan via bluetooth and detect the device, then it should be ready to pair.

Trying to pair a h12 bluetooth to the 8330, asks for numeric pass key. i have tried 0000 and 1234 it says unable to pair

Is the blackberry in pairing mode? Is the earpiece in pairing mode? They both need to be set. Four zeros should be the passkey.

H500 won't pair with Blackberry Curve

It might already have been figured out but if you hold the answer button on the headset down until the light stays on steady, it is in pairing mode. You can then go to bluetooth setup on the Curve and it will find the headset.
