drain is blocked. remove back panel inside freezer and melt the ice off at the bottom with a hairdryer then follow up with hot water till drain flows freely. if fault reoccurs, then you may have a fault with the defrost system

You have a clogged drain. Usually I remove the ice, take a screwdriver and tap it into the drain hole. Then I pour hot water down it until I see that the water is draining all the way out.

Hello - I would suggest checking that the water valve is completely open (usually located on the back of the unit). When was the last time the filter was changed? Most side-by-side filters are recommended to be change approximately every 6-9 months depending on your water usage and frequency. A clogged water filter or a blocked supply water valve may also lead to no water to the dispenser.
