Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have to connect the hands free everytime a call comes through . i cant hear it fromthe normal earpiece on the handset. once i connect the handsfree/loudspeaker the conversation is fine

Hello this problem is due to some dust particles held on the ear piece of your mobile..
Remove the panel and clean the ear piece if dust is covered..
If problem still persists then it might have got wet in rain or some how..
If so you need to change the ear piece.. There is no other go..
Thank you for using fixya..

Pairing

press and hold the button (on/off button) on the ear piece until the light becomes blinking blue and red. Turn on the bluetooth scanner of your phone and search. Select the handsfree and pair them. Simple.
If you turn on your handsfree and the light is blinking purple, that means you need to turn off the handsfree and restart with holding on to the button on the ear piece.

W220 hearing problem!

The internal screen settings only adjust volume of ringer, the external button on side adjusts ear piece/hand set volume.
If the volume buttons do not turn up the volume of the hand set then the handset is defective

Ear piece

Hi Snuggle ,

It depends on kind of cellphone you have. Normally there should be an option of Handsfree in the phone settings. choose bluetooth device it should detect the handsfree from there . connect to your earpiece from the list of devices.
for Example : I have Sony Ericsson W700i
I have that option under Main menu -- > Settings --> Calls --> Handsfree

Hope this is Helpful

You may have to get a bluetooth headset specifically used with Ericson or change bluetooth setting on your cell to handsfree
