Question about HP Compaq Presario C700T
Most likely, your system is experiencing some thermal or heat issues. try to clean the fan and make sure your computer is placed on a well ventilated area. updating the BIOS may also help since there are BIOS updates that includes improvement on fan or thermal management. if that does not help, you may apply thermal paste to the proc, or you may have to get a fan/heatsink and even motherboard replacement
