My mfc 6490cw sends blank faxes

Normally this is caused by not loading the item being faxed in the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) correctly. Try sending a Fax of only one page by putting the page Face down on the Scanner plate (Lift the top of the printer to access the scanner plate). if this works then check the ADF scanner plate is not obscured.

Epson R265 - prints blank (new inks & paper loaded)

Hi,
Check the cartridges installations and make sure they're well installed.
Make sure the plastic tab around the new cartridges is completely removed.
Disconnect the printer completely and re-connect after a while.
Turn it off and on.
Problem solved?
Uninstall and install the printer again.

Hope this helps.Thanks!

Top load copies are blank

I tried changing the the size to a reduction. It took the sheet from the top and copied it at a reduced size with no problem. Then I switched back to normal size and it worked just fine. I would have never thought to try a different size without your suggestion. Thanks for the help

Load paper

Hi,

To resolve this issue pick one blank sheet and insert it in the tray and try to print self test page. If the printer prints self test page then load the paper properly and try to print. If self test page won't print then check the paper settings.

Problem printing business cards

I had this problem today and think I've figured it out. Take a sheet of plain paper and two little pieces ot clear 'scotch' tape. Tape the blank sheet behind the business cards at the top/feeder edge and try again. You may need to tweak it a bit more but it stops it from printing so far up.
