Question about Xerox Phaser 8500/DN Printer
download and reinstall the driver for it ...but remove all related software first ..go to the program files after removing the driver and the software related..and remove any folders that might have to do with previous installations...
after that reinstall it clean and give it a try ..
It might have something to do with the fact the it is connecting in network ..and may not be compatible ..or ..it might be just a strange settings ..and reinstalling it will default it ..

The problem is a bad diver configuration do this :
When the driver installed, it selcted "basic printing" as its feature set.
also had to select "none" for color correction.
if dont work download the last PostScript driver from here :
