Question about Cell Phones
Hi this is a very common problem with all flip and slide phones and it even includes laptops and notebooks etc.
now the problem is with the data ribbon that connects the screen to the circuit board this ribbon has several single strand wires running through it and over time these wires become brittle and break and this is when you get the white screen.
now as this is such a common fault it makes the part itself cheap to buy and its just as cheap to have fitted, so if its a decent phone it would be worth getting fixed as its such a common part this makes the job cheaper to have done.
its not something you can do yourself as it requires special tools to do but if you take it into a small phone shop these will charge you a lot less than the bigger branded shops as they will have to send your phone off and they charge you for this service.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
