My trigger to my millermatic 250 won't stop feeding the wire even when switch is not pressed

Does it feed with the trigger plug removed from the machine? If so, then it is a circuit board. If no, then wires shorted somewhere in the gun.

Millermatic 211 temp light flashes when machine is turned on. fan is running and air flow is not blocked. if i unplug the little plug for the gun and plug it back in the wire will start feeding all by...

By the description sounds like the trigger itself is the problem, have you try to bypass (bridge) the connection (disconnect the gun's plug from the machine and use a clip to bypass it at the machine's end) and see if the problem persists?
If the problem continues, then the problem would be the heat sensor.

I have a millermatic 251 but the gat wont come out when i pull the triger

First, you need to check that you have the correct input voltage going to the machine. The main PC board on the welder disperses the input voltage to many different things,ie. the gas solenoid, the drive motors, contactors, transformer, stabilizer etc.

So if your machine is made to run on 230v and it is plugged into 208v, the first thing to stop working is the gas solenoid because it requires more voltage (34vdc on this model) to actuate.
If it turns out you are running the correct power to the machine, there is something wrong with an internal component on the machine and it needs to be brought to a certified miller service center where it will most likely be one of two things, the gas solenoid (about $30+ labor) or the main PC board ($500-600+labor) hope for the best on that one.
best of luck!

I have a miller 255 nig .the welder will start to weld and stops gas flow is working the triger is working . You can relase the triger and start it again it willweld about 1 inch and stop emall ...

Sound like you have a machine programed on stitch mode, to override the program do the following:

1)Turn off the machine
2) With the machine turned off press the gun trigger.
3) Turn on your machine keep the trigger pressed, hold it for about 3-5 seconds. Depress the trigger and you should be good.

Miller 350p welder gives a "help 3" code.

Code help-3 Indicates that the gun trigger was pulled and held during power up. Release gun trigger and clear fault condition. Also, this display can Indicate no open circuit voltage detected when gun trigger is pulled and no arc detected within 3 seconds, this means that the trigger was held without any metal contact. The machine will shut down in order to avoit the wire to continue to run freely.

To fix:

Turn on the machine without pressing the trigger on the gun. Then increase to the max the wire speed. Then turn off the machine. Press the trigger after the machine was turn off, then without releasing the trigger, turn on the machine and release the trigger after 2 seconds. That will take care of it.

The millermatic 135 gun has stopped working. Could this be from the switch going out?

If the switch is dead, the gun will not work. Pulling the trigger tells the machine to initiate delivery of the wire, gas and current. If the switch is dead, none of that will happen.
