Question about Bissell 1770 Quicksteamer II Upright Vacuum
Try re-installing the handle. Remove the screw on the back of the machine and pull up on the handle. Once the handle is removed pull the trigger to make sure the plugger on the end of the handle moves up and down when the trigger is pulled. If the plunger is moving reinstall handle and test. If the plunger is not moving you may need a new handle.

I had clean solution dripping onto the floor from the wheels of the unit. I had to disassemble it to find the problem which turned out to be a leaky seam on the edge of the black plastic valve assembly. This is the part that the solution tank plugs into. It appears the glue holding the valve together let go. I sealed it with 'Seal-All' sealant and that resolved the problem.
