I blocked one persons profile picture and it blocked everyone else. How do I unblock?

Android:

1. Form Home, tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Scroll down and tap People.
3. Tap Blocked people.
4. Tap Unblock next to the name of the person you want to unblock.

4. Under Block users, you will be able to see the profile name which was blocked by you previously.

When you are blocked by someone on Facebook, there are few options to unblock yourself. In fact, unless the person unblocks you on their own, you can't become unblocked on your own.
There is one thing that you can do, that requires setting up a new Facebook account.
You can use your same name, but you must sign up with a different email address.
Once the new account is set up, you can proceed to contact the person who blocked you.

You will need to click a link in that email before your new Facebook account becomes active. Once the account is active, you can contact the person who blocked your other account.

To unblock revisit the user's Profile and click Unblock User.

If you want to block specific person in Facebook what you'll need to do is go to the Profile of the person that you want to block and in the left bottom corner of the his or her profile you will see there a link saying "Report/Block a person" then just follow instructions and it's done.

Your post is not so clear.Has your friend blocked you or have you blocked him?

I will answer you keeping both cases in mind.

If your friend has blocked you on facebook then it is not in your hands to get yourself unblocked. Your friend has to unblock you from his facebook profile.

But in case you have blocked him from your facebook profile then you can unblock him in the following manner. Go to your facebook site. Click on the 'Account' tab on the upper right hand corner of your website. Go to Privacy Settings - Block List - remove the name of your friend which will be listed there.

The solution of your problem is very easy,Open the account(profile) of the person whom u have blocked and now want to unblock . There 'll a option on the left side in the end of the page that
"Unblock that person"
just click on it the person 'll not block anymore.

If someone has block you, it means that person doesn't want you to see him/her profile or contact him/her in any ways.
So, you cannot unblock it if someone else on facebook block you unless that person unblock by himself.
