Alpine 9883 sound problem

I installed an ALpine 9883. The radio works fine but when you insert a cd it spind and plays but there is no sound. There is also no sound on the aux in. I tried the reset but nothing works. There is only sound from the reciever nothing from the cd player even though is indicates it is playing. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Same problem here. I don't have that one, I have an RCA. I didn't get to fix it within the warrenty. So, I keep buying CD's and need to go through the trouble of the computer. It's SO annoying! Could someone please help? All my CD's are BRAND NEW that I use and it says it but nothing comes out for some reason. All I hear is a wobbly "whish-whoosh" that it quiet.
