Hi, There is a possibility of problems in:

  1. the adapter that you are using might be defective
  2. or the port for the power is not working
  3. or the battery fault issue
What you can do is to try another outlet to see if the outlet itself is the cause. Cheers!!

"Consider replacing your battery"

Modern batteries do talk to the laptops and provide information on health. Ordinarily, this message would mean that your battery is on its way out. If however, it holds its charge then fine, but at some stage you may find that you only get a few minutes use even on a full charge and you will need to find a replacement.

Hey,

My understanding that your PC has a battery issue.

Could be that the battery cells are dead and can no longer be charged. Consider replacing your battery with a genuine exact same type.

Using the AC adapter without the battery does not work with all Laptops, yours might be one of such. It is not really advisable.

Also ensure your charger is working properly. This should help.

Enjoy.

I have Packard bell NAV05 notebook and it always on 5% available battery even I charge it overnight?

It's probably an ac adapter or battery problem. When the ac adapter is connected to the computer, do you see any signs of charging. You should see an icon on the lower right of the screen. If no, the ac adapter is defective. You can also try to plug your charger to the other laptop to check if it's working. It might be a battery issue as well on the other end. Can you please tell how old is your battery/laptop?

Hi...
The best thing to try 1st,remove the battery and use just the power adapter,as this will power the laptop up,
If the laptop stays on with no problems, then yes it certainly looks like your battery, but if it still gives you problems then it can only 1 of 3 things...
1,The power adapter, even if the charge light is on it may be faulty due to evey so often it may have a drop in voltage......
2,The charging port going into your laptop, may be coming detached from the motherboard, try wiggling the end of the power adapter going into your laptop....but only slightly...and just look at the bottom right hand side of the screen,to see if the charge connection change,s if it does then you will need another charging port......
3,It may be a charging issue with the motherboard, charging the battery....but this is quite rare,,,but still possible...but once you have removed the battery and followed the 2 top resolutions then you should have a better idea what the problem is..

Hope this helps...if it does great and please take the time to rate this...

Packard Bell Laptop goes flat even when plugged into the mains su

Are you sure that the power adaptor is working? Does it have any light on the adapter box that informs about it's operation?
What usually happens is that the cable going from the adapter to the laptop gets crackled from repetitive bending, either at the plug, or at the box inlet. Inspect if the cable is intact, and if possible, checks if there's a required DC voltage on the plug.
Perhaps you might need a new adapter for your laptop.

Battery on packard bell

Probably not. Try removing the battery from the unit and just power-up from your adapter connected to the mains. See if the problem persists. If so, you may have another issue.

What, if anything, do you see on the screen as it is booting? This may be an indication of the source of the problem.
