Gives rise to other questions

1. If I purchase Kaspersky, can I load it on to another computer if I decide to get rid of this one?
2. Can I transfer my music and photos to an external hard drive without worrying about also transferring a virus?

2. scan the music and photos first and make sure that your resident virus scanner is turned on on the new computer

if you use windows security , that is no 10 on the list of most effective systems so upgrade to norton or Kaspersky which rate in the 1 and 2 areas for security

Boot to safe mode with networking, download the Kaspersky Removal Tool at : http://support.kaspersky.com/1464, remove Kaspersky, reboot and reinstall. Question, What Antivirus did you have originally? Did you use the Anti Virus Removal Tool to remove it before installing Kaspersky? Most Anti Virus use a Removal Tool, obtained from the makers website. It's advised to remove Anti Virus completely with the Removal Tool before installing another.

MY COMPUTERS IS INFECTED WITH 38 VIRUS ,I BUY YOUR PROTECTION PLAN BY I FORGAT MY PASSWORD TO INSTALL IT AND REMOVE THE VIRUS

Try the free virus scanners at avast.com and hitman.com. One will do a virus check and the other searches for malware.
Hopefully these will get rid of the problems. If you still have problems after loading and running them let me know. Thanks.

a couple questions 1 do you have a usb transfer cable or are you trying to transfer off a card and 2 do you have the kodak instant share software loaded on your computer if not go to kodak.com and down load the software
