You can download a manual at the bottom of this age. That should tell you baking time depending on what you are cooking. Also there are sites with reciepes and they also indicate how much cooking time is needed.http://www.devicemanuals.com/guide/Waffle%20Maker/Oster/Oster-5838-Expressbake-Breadmaker-User-Manual-==TWpZMU56VTI=.html

If it is new then it should be under warranty. Take it back to the store for an exchange as it appears to be faulty.

Can I add baking time to aBreadman TR442SPR? I did not receive a manual with my machine and the bread is not completely baked.

If you have a program that says "Bake", select that then push the "up" on your control panel. Each time you push the arrow you should add 10 minutes to the "Bake" stage. push it twice you get 20 minutes of additional baking etc, etc, if you like this answer please vote and leave me some good feedback....thanks rmpgda!

My bread machine was unplugged with about 20 left in the bake cycle. How do I get it to go bake into the bake cycle. Display panel is unlit

If your machine has a "Bake" cycle then choos that cycle and push start and adjust the timer so it cooks the right length of time. Your manual should tell you how long the the last bake cycle takes and just push your timer until that time is set less the 20 minutes already baked.

Time bake

No, time bake is what time you want the unit to start cooking and what time you would like it to stop cooking. Or turning the oven on and turning itr off. the timer on the unit will just count down.

Electric oven will not maintain temperature. drops 20 degrees

Jump online & get the schematics for your oven.. You'll need to troubleshoot the bake circuit, which is comprised of 2 - 120VAC legs (240VAC is applied during bake). One 120VAC leg is from the DLB relay and the other is from the Bake relay. if either one is bad, or not energizing, you won't get any power to the bake element. (The bake element runs 100% of the time during the bake cycle. broiler only operates 25% of the time during bake) I have had luck re-soldering the relay leg nodes on the backside of the relay board, as they develop "opens" over time. The relays are designed for ridiculous ##s of cycles, so they're not *usually* bad.

How to set the oven timer?

To Program Oven for a Delayed Start Time and to Shut-Off Automatically 1. Be sure that the clock shows the correct time of day. 2. Place the food in the oven. 3. Push "Bake Time". "00:00" and the words "BAKE TIME" will glow in the display window. 4. Push and hold up or down arrows until the desired baking time appears in the display. 5. After the bake time has been set, "----°" will appear in the display and the word "BAKE" will flash. The display will flash and beep once until the oven temperature has been set. 6. Push "Stop time". The time when baking will stop, will appear in the display window. The words "BAKE STOP TIME" will glow in the display. 7. Push and hold up or down arrows until the time that you want cooking to be completed appears in the display. 8. Push Bake (or Conv). "---°" will appear, and the word "BAKE" will glow in the display. 9. Push and hold up or down arrows until the desired baking temperature appears in the display. 10. If the baking temperature is not set, the control will beep. "---°" will flash and the word "BAKE" will appear in the display.
