Print Properties is the software that controls the printing function when the printer is connected to a computer. You can change the settings in Print Properties based on the type of project you want to create. You can open Print Properties from almost any program: All of the print settings are on the three main tabs of the Print Properties software: Quality/Copies, Paper Setup, and Print Layout.
1 With a document open, click File, then Print. 2 From the Print dialog, click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup. 3 Within Print LAyout you can chooses to print on both sides of the paper and select a duplexing preference.
Just in printer properties and printing preferences, look thru the tabs in properties and turn off mirror printing. It is there to print on transfer paper and create images on t-shirts and such. You can also turn it on for the problem coupons.
Thats ..paper size mismatch, check the paper size settings of your printer in printer properties is the same as what document or document program is set to under page size of the document you wish to print, if these dont match the printer goes offline so you can put in what it's been told is the right size paper or press online to force it to print regardless...so in your case check paper size in both locations and you should be right, there are other things but 99% of the time..thats ya baby;)
You must have the default printer settings changed to "double-sided" printingor "print on Both sides". Check in your printer properties: 'Right click' the printer icon. Select "properties", "Printing preferences", "finishing", un-check "print on both sides" (these options vary slightly by printer model, so just check around on the different buttons). That's my best guess. :)
Had the same thing happen. Go to properties, then advanced and check "print directly to printer". You'll be able to print your coupons. Make sure you go back to your previous settings when not printing coupons.
I am answering this assuming your printer is attatched to a pc and not a standalone unit. You need to define what size you want your prints to be in the printer settings or properties menu window of your pc itself. Click on your printer icon and go to properties, or it should open up this window when you first go to print a job. Know your required size and specify it to the program you are in, ie i assume because you are printing a flier, you have scanned it first, so once it is scanned, open up the image in windows viewer, and tell it what size you want it to print out. Auto printing buttons on a printer are set to manufacturers default settings to a standard size.
