Apprenticeopen the projector (6 inset screws on bottom) - carefully rermove the top (there are 2 wire sets attached: one for the speaker and one for the control panel) -- make sure all wire sets are properly seated -- i had one loose set -- reseated it, closed the projector and the thing wotks fine now. every repair facility i called didn't want to deal with the projector, and one person told me i ought to buy a new one
