Yes the fan will always continue to run to allow for the air to be circulated in the freezer compartment.

Due to various reasons this problem could occur:
1)Check the temperature setting.
Set it to max and min and check for any changes you can see in the system.
2)The compressor vents cold air into the freezer. Occasionally the vent can become clogged with ice, food or other debris. Locate the vent and clear it. To remove ice, use a hair dryer set to "low". Using the high setting may cause damage to the components or interior of the refrigerator.
3)Test the temperature control
With the ohm meter you can test it.If it does not show any reading this is the defective one you have to relplace this soon.
4)First and simplest thing is to make sure your condenser coils on the back of the fridge usually, are clean and have adequate air circulation. If you pull the fridge away from the wall you can just brush them off or use the brush on your vacuum.
5)Check for a clogged drain tube if it is clogged remove the clog.
6)Test the evaporator fan.The evaporator fan circulates air over the refrigeration
coils. The coils absorb heat and the chilled air is then circulated. If the fan does not operate, the freezer will not cool properly. The fan motor may have failed, but check first that something is not simply blocking the fan blade.
7)Defrost timer:Usually the defrost timer could solve this issue. It may be located below or back of the refrigerator. Some times it may be located in the side to for side refrigerator.Locate the timer and rotate the clutch head screw clockwise until you hear one audible click. That puts the system into defrost mode. If the system restarts after 30-35 minutes. Then there is no problem with Defrost timer.
8)Heater and defrost thermostat is located behind the back wall of the freezer section. This only controls the Heat. After the Defrost timer stops it makes the system warm.
Defrost thermostat could be defective.

My daewoo fridge freezer is leaking water every few days its allways at the bottom of fridge

There should be a drain in the bottom of the unit. Check to make sure this drain is not clogged. If it is clean it out and keep an eye on it.

Refrigerator model kscs25inssoo. Don't stop filling ice box in the door

you have a problem with the optics--if you look on the inside wall of the freezer section on the left side you will see a eye with a flipper on the left is another eye with the icemaker on off selection when ice reaches that level in the bin it cuts off a laser beam that runs from one side to another which stops power to the icemaker---clean both sets right and left eyes and unplug the fridge for 2min this will reset the optics--if problem still persists you will need new optics-part#-4389102

My refrigerator is almost constantly running. It stops for about 15 minutes and then turns back on. I have cleaned the coils, but this has not helped at all. Can this problem be fixed or is it time to...

Your cooling coils are completely clogged with dust and I'd check your refrigerant level. Clean first then keep an eye on it for two days then if no improvement in lowered temp call in a repairman for a refrigerant top off. $$$$ Expect over $150.00 plus!

Try an air tank with a long blow off tip to clean the dust off the coils. No simple task!

Ice maker will not stop making ice

You didn't state what make and model fridge you have. But most newer units now use an optical eye system, and when the ice blocks the eye's beam it stops making ice. If you've turned the switch to off and it still makes ice, then you need the unit serviced.

Hope that helps...
