Hotpoint tcl770 condencer tumble dryer, just out of warantee. when turn on and start it keeps tripping the electrics. changed plug fuse etc, tried in various sockets but keeps tripping the system???

internal problem, either heater coil or sensor or motor, you will need to get it checked, but don't plug it in again, as short circuits on high current machines can be dangerous.

It still heats up and has not tripped the breaker,

Common faults -
1 The heating elements can fail (meaning open circuit)
2 There are cut-outs (T.O.C's) that might need resetting
3 The thermostats (stats) can trip out or burn out (meaning opencircuit)
4 Moderntumble dryers also have sensors and pcb's (Printed circuitboards) thesehave programs that can fail and circuitry although most should produce an errorcode showing you were the fault is.
5 Faultyconnections and burned wires may also be the fault.

My Creda tumble dryer is not turning there is only a hissing noise and elements keep over heating and tripping the electrics.

Sounds like a broken or slipping belt.
Remove the lid to check belt is in place.

TUMBLE DRYER

Allybo check how the power cord is wired to the dryer. I have seen where the hot wire has been attached to the ground of the dryer and this will create a short which will trip the breaker.
